YourTeam Locker

Privacy

Last updated 10 August 2026.

Your Team Locker is a private room for a team, school, business or organization. This page explains what we hold and how it is handled.

What we hold

  • Account information you give us: name, email address, program or organization, and role.
  • Material you put in your room: messages, announcements, calendar events, assignments, files, photos and video.
  • Activity records: sign-ins, uploads, access changes, emergency alerts and read receipts.

How rooms are separated

Every request is checked against the room it belongs to at the server. A member of one room cannot read, change or delete anything in another room. Staff-only material is not served to a member who is not staff. Private messages are visible only to the two people in the conversation.

How people sign in

Sign-in is by a private link sent to a member’s email address. Links expire on their own and work once. There are no passwords to steal or reuse. An administrator can end a member’s access immediately.

Files

Uploads are stored in a private area, never a public folder, and are served only to a signed-in member of the owning room. Only accepted file types are stored and size limits are enforced at the server. Files belonging to a removed member are deleted with the access.

Young people

Rooms are created and administered by an adult — a coach, a teacher, an officer or an organization’s staff — who is responsible for who is invited into the room. If your program includes members under 13, contact us before setting the room up so we can confirm the right consent arrangements for your organization.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not show advertising in your room. We do not use the material in your room to market to your members.

Deleting your material

An administrator can delete material at any time. On cancellation, the room is closed and the material is retained for a grace period so it can be exported, then deleted.
